I have gone to this dentist for around 2-3 years now. I have never had an unpleasant experience. My most recent experience was especially different as both Lindsey and Habeeb. Habeeb, my dental hygenist was very careful working with my concerns, and took time to introduce himself as well as ask for any potential changes he could make to improve my next experience. This was unlike any other experience, though all great, I wanted to share about my recent trip.

Great dentist office. Very easy to make the appointment, they had availability. The office looks clean. Dr. Saad and dental hygienist Habeeb were polite, professional and listened to my concerns. The hygienist did a great gentle job. I didn’t experience pain or discomfort. The receptionist and girl that did my cray were very nice and helpful. Would def recommend and I am going back.

I can’t stop smiling. Both because my smile looks great but also because Dr. Saad and Habeeb are truly awesome!! Lovely people first of all. They’re patient, funny, and explain everything well. I also appreciate their effort to make you feel comfortable! I went to the dentist for the first time in four years (time to start adulting I guess!) and it felt totally judgement free, just honest and to the point. I had one minor cavity filled a few days later by Dr. Saad and another assistant (I didn’t catch his name). They took their time and made sure it was done well. Excellent people. Administrative assistants too! I was very impressed with this practice all around. Highly recommend!

I am giving this clinic 3 stars because of my experience with insurance billing, account management, and overall patient care concerns. However, I want to recognize the excellent dental work performed by Dr. Saad. I am very satisfied with the quality of treatment I received. I would also like to commend Billy, his assistant and the male staff at the front desk for being professional, helpful, and kind. The dental assistants were also wonderful and provided great care. Unfortunately, my experience with the office manager and billing department was disappointing. The issues I encountered with billing and communication significantly affected my overall experience with the clinic. While the clinical care was excellent, the administrative side of the practice needs improvement.

My wait was short: 15-20 mins, I was early. Reception was discreet and courteous. My assistant nurse was kind and welcoming. Zina (spelling unsure) my hygienist was lovely, kind, warm, genuine and appeared highly competent as well. Though she explained to me that she is a temp with you, I would highly recommend that you offer her a FT position if ever this is possible-desirable for both parties. Dr Asaad was also extremely kind and courteous and down to earth. I had an excellent first experience with this practice. Thank you Ewan Good.
